2. Aims of the iziSHOP terms of contract
The iziSHOP basic terms of contract (BTC) contain the basic terms of the legal relationship between the Service provider and the Shopper. Any points which are not covered in this contract are covered by the prevailing Hungarian laws and the civil code, as they apply to the Service provider.
2.1 Publication of iziSHOP terms of contract
The Shopper must agree to the terms of contract in order to use the services of iziSHOP. If the Shopper initiates a purchase through iziSHOP this qualifies as agreement to the Service provider's terms of contract.
2.2. Operational terms of contract
The Service provider retains the right to partially or completely modify the terms at any time. The iziSHOP BTC and any modifications become effective at time of publication. The BTC remain in effect as long as the Service provider guarantees the iziSHOP service.
3. iziSHOP mobile store services
The Service provider offers the iziSHOP service in accordance with the following terms.
3.1 iziSHOP service area coverage
The Service provider's operated iziSHOP service is available both in Hungary, as well as abroad, in accordance with the mobile (at least GPRS) service provider's availability.
4. Creation and modification of iziSHOP contracts
4.1. Basic characteristics
The contract is created with the initiation of purchase through iziSHOP, which in accordance with point 2.1 indicates the Shopper's agreement with the terms of contract. An order is made only once the Shopper has confirmed the information submitted in the order form. The Service provider retains the right to delete the order and accompanying data should the validity of the registration data be questionable or not understandable.
4.1. Basic characteristics
The contract is created with the initiation of purchase through iziSHOP, which in accordance with point 2.1 indicates the Shopper's agreement with the terms of contract. An order is made only once the Shopper has confirmed the information submitted in the order form. The Service provider retains the right to delete the order and accompanying data should the validity of the registration data be questionable or not understandable.
4.2. Modification or deletion of an order
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be deleted.
4.3. Purchase of services
The purchase of services is directed by the business regulations of the partner that provides the service.
4.4. Terms of payment
The Shopper pays for the items or services purchased, electronically via bank card, at the time of order.
5. Protection of data
5.1. Statement of Data Protection
In the process of registering for the services of iziSHOP, the Shopper provides the Service provider with the Shopper's telephone number, which is recorded by the Service provider. Any personal information which the Service provider obtains via the Shopper's use of iziSHOP services is protected by the LXIII. law of 1992, which deals with the protection of personal and public information. Any information which the Shopper provides to the Service provider is recorded and managed for the purpose and length of time of the transaction. The Service provider handles all information received through iziSHOP with the same discretion as data receive through other sources.
5.2. Adatvisszaélés
Nem vállalunk felelősséget sem a Felhasználó, sem bármely harmadik személy általi, bármely módon történő szándékos vagy gondatlan megzavarása, megkárosítása vagy ezek megkísérlése miatt bekövetkező– különös tekintettel, de nem kizárólag a telefonra telepített alkalmazások által adatvisszaélés céljából elkövetett - károkért.
5.3. Deletion of registration

6. Reklamáció
Amennyiben a Vásárlónak vásárlása során bármilyen panasza merül fel, úgy reklamációját jelezheti ügyfélszolgálatunknak küldött bejelentés formájában az e–mail címen vagy telefonon a +3630/533–7742–as számon. Az ügyfélszolgálat a Vásárlónak a szolgáltatással kapcsolatban – e–mail–en vagy telefonon tett – észrevételét, reklamációját kivizsgálja, és erről az észrevétel, reklamáció az ügyfél–azonosítással kapcsolatban előírt kötelezettségeket kielégítő formában történő benyújtásától számított 30 napon belül a bejelentéssel megegyező módon, általában e–mail–en vagy telefonon tájékoztatja az Ügyfelet.
